Evian Resort Golf Club is a golf club in Évian-les-Bains in south-eastern France overlooking Lake Geneva where the The Evian Championship, formerly “Evian Masters”, is played in September.
Beginning with 2013, The Evian Championship became the LPGA Tour’s fifth major championship.
The standard 18-hole course (par 71) has a yardage of 6,428. The entire course, with a particular focus on the tees, fairways, greens, and bunkers, underwent an €8 million renovation in 2012-2013, designed by architects, European Golf Design.
Turfgrass® developed the construction and agronomic specifications for the renovation of the course, along withconstruction, grow-in and maintenance agronomy.
